Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement strategies for sourcing copper, lead, tin scrap, and PCBs. Identify and build long-term relationships with reliable scrap vendors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts for pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms. Track raw material prices and ensure procurement is aligned with production schedules. Collaborate with Production and Inventory teams for demand forecasting and planning. Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality, quantity, and delivery standards. Implement ERP-based procurement workflows (SAP/Tally/Others). Maintain compliance with GST, legal, and environmental procurement regulations. Optimize stock levels and reduce overall procurement costs. Regularly visit scrap yards, vendors, and industrial suppliers as needed. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelors in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Metallurgy / Supply Chain (MBA preferred). 710 years of experience in procurement, especially in manufacturing, metals, or recycling. Proven vendor network in copper, lead, tin, and PCB e-waste. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Familiar with scrap procurement trends and logistics documentation. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of compliance, GST invoicing, and supply regulations. Good Email Etiquette.
