Role Description Head – Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing, brand positioning, and patient acquisition strategies across all units of Sabine Hospitals in Kerala. This role combines leadership in brand communication, growth marketing, patient engagement, and sales enablement to support the hospital’s mission of delivering trusted, quality healthcare. The role also involves close coordination with clinicians, unit heads, digital teams, and referral partners. Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership · Develop and implement a cohesive, long-term marketing strategy aligned with business goals and geographic expansion. · Establish a compelling and consistent brand identity for Sabine across physical and digital platforms. · Lead brand-building campaigns to reinforce Sabine’s reputation as a leading multispecialty mother & child hospital chain. Sales Strategy & Patient Acquisition · Drive B2C and B2B acquisition strategies including: Referring doctor network expansion Corporate health partnerships Insurance/TPA relationship management · Set and monitor sales targets (OPD, IPD, elective procedures) for each unit and ensure consistent growth. Digital Marketing & Online Reputation · Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). · Oversee SEO, content marketing, website traffic, appointment funnel, and online reviews. · Leverage analytics and automation tools for lead generation, retargeting, and conversion PR, Events & Internal Communication · Plan and execute press releases, media relations, influencer engagement, and crisis communication. · Lead community outreach: CMEs, health camps, awareness weeks, wellness programs. · Ensure brand alignment across internal communication, patient education, and hospital events. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement · Build and lead a high-performing marketing and outreach team across all hospital units. · Work closely with clinicians, nursing heads, unit administrators, and the quality team to align marketing efforts with service readiness. Train staff on branding, patient communication, and value-based messaging. 12–18 years, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in hospital marketing and patient acquisition
