About the Role Were looking for a data-driven and creative SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role will be essential in increasing our organic visibility, driving high-intent traffic, and optimizing content performance across all digital channels. You’ll collaborate closely with content creators, developers, and campaign managers across teams based in India, Mexico, Colombia, and the USA to ensure a strong and consistent search presence across all markets. Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive qualified traffic and leads Perform keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor/content gap analysis Optimize existing and new content for on-page SEO best practices Collaborate with content and design teams to create search-optimized assets Monitor and improve technical SEO elements (indexing, site speed, mobile UX, etc.) Execute backlink strategies and off-page SEO efforts Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Stay up to date on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO (B2B or SaaS preferred) Solid understanding of HTML and CSS for SEO and content structure optimization Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress ideal) Experience using SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic image editing skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working with cross-functional, international teams across India, Mexico, Colombia, and the U.S. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React or Vue Familiarity with version control systems like Git or GitHub Experience in the engineering, manufacturing, or software industries Understanding of paid search and how SEO integrates with broader digital strategies Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and event/conversion tracking What We Offer Competitive salary Flexible work environment Opportunity to work on impactful, global campaigns Collaborative, growth-minded team culture Professional development and career growth opportunities

Proficient in using performance marketing tools, analytics platforms, and ad management platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Analytics) with a focus on SaaS metrics and analytics. Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns and budgets effectively within the SaaS industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners within the SaaS ecosystem. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
