Designation: Senior Project Manager- Hotel Construction (Sikkim) Location: Sikkim, India Type: Full-time, On-site Experience: 5+ years in construction project management, preferably in hospitality or high-end real estate projects Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end construction of a premium hotel project in Gangtok, Sikkim. This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring timely delivery, quality control, contractor coordination, cost control, and compliance with architectural, structural, and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of hotel construction from pre-construction through to handover. Liaise with architects, MEP consultants, structural engineers, and interior designers. Vendor and contractor management floating tenders, evaluating bids, finalizing contracts. Daily site inspections and supervision of civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works. Track project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and billing cycles. Obtain required local clearances and approvals in coordination with legal and government consultants. Lead weekly project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at site. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in hotel or hospitality project. Strong understanding of civil, MEP, and interior finishing works. Proficient in MS Project and AutoCAD. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
