Diagnose & resolve complex L2/L3 customer network issues (VLANs, NAT, Firewalls). Analyze & debug RTSP/RTP video streams using deep packet inspection. Validate device compatibility across ONVIF Profiles S, G, & T. Own the camera connectivity pipeline end-to-end, from discovery to stable streaming. You don't get a kick out of being into networking. You are not talkative and love exchanging technical ideas. Must-Have (Networking & Protocols Only): Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Expert-level, hands-on experience with the ONVIF protocol stack (SOAP, WS-Discovery). Production experience analyzing network protocols using Wireshark/tcpdump. Deep knowledge of IP networking (TCP/IP, UDP, Subnetting, VLANs, Routing). Practical experience debugging video streaming protocols (RTSP/RTP/RTCP). Strong proficiency in a Linux command-line environment. Good to Have: Scripting for automation (Python/Bash). Cloud networking experience (AWS VPC, Security Groups).
