Job Description: As a Senior Trade Services Processor at Wells Fargo, you will play a crucial role in supporting the performance of less experienced staff and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the team. Your responsibilities will include providing all letter of credit services to customers, assisting in distributing work, reviewing tasks, training, and guiding less experienced team members. Your expertise will be valuable in interpreting procedures to help develop the skills of others. Handling complex, non-standard, and time-sensitive letter of credits, you will collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to address issues and meet objectives, as well as interact with internal customers. While receiving guidance from leaders, you will also exercise independent judgment to understand functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
