Role & responsibilities : - Manage projects to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards - Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plans - Coordinate with cross-functional teams: - Liaisoning Team: Facilitate stakeholder communication - Site Team: Ensure project progress and quality on-site - Architects Team: Collaborate to meet design intent and project requirements - Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards Preferred candidate profile : - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related role - Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi will be an added advantage
