Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files. Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines efficiently. Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and tooling. Monitor machine operations to detect issues or malfunctions. Perform in-process and final quality checks using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Make necessary machine adjustments and basic program edits when required. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of machines and work area. Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times. Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure output meets specifications.
