Job Title: CNC Programmer, and oparetor Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs to support precision machining operations. This role requires a strong understanding of G-code, tooling, and machining processes to ensure high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production. Key Responsibilities Create and optimize CNC programs for turning, milling, and Swiss-type machines. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing efficiency. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to maintain quality and productivity. Maintain proper documentation of CNC programs and setup instructions. Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements. Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (Turning, Milling, or Swiss-type). Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code. Familiarity with Fanuc Hands-on machining and tooling knowledge. Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills Experience in CNC machines (LMW) Knowledge of GD&T and ISO quality standards.
