1. Project Support Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities. Help prepare and review drawings, blueprints, and technical documents . Coordinate with architects, surveyors, and senior engineers to understand project requirements. 2. Site Supervision Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards. Ensure proper material usage and report shortages or discrepancies. Help track progress of construction work and report delays or issues to seniors. 3. Quality Control Inspect work to ensure adherence to specifications, codes, and safety standards. Assist in testing materials and structural components under guidance. Document and report any quality concerns . 4. Safety and Compliance Promote and follow safety guidelines and protocols on-site. Ensure workers are using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and working safely. Report accidents or unsafe practices to the site supervisor. 5. Documentation and Reporting Maintain records of daily activities, material usage, and workforce attendance . Prepare progress reports , site logs, and basic project documentation. Assist in drafting project updates for internal and client review. 6. Communication and Coordination Act as a liaison between workers, subcontractors, and senior engineers. Help coordinate delivery of materials and equipment . Communicate issues or delays to the project manager. 7. Learning and Development Learn project management tools, construction standards, and industry practices. Participate in training programs and seek mentorship from experienced professionals.
