Our company operates 2 brands: NoWoFab™ and NoWoBag™ NoWoFab is the brand under which we manufacture and supply Polypropylene based Spunbond Non Woven Fabric which is majorly used and supplied to the Packaging industry such as manufacturers of rice bags, shopping bags, fertilizer bags, carry bags and all other types of bags. Home organization industry such as manufacturers of storage organizer boxes, wardrobes and other items. Disposables and Hygiene industry such as manufacturers of disposable bedsheets, gowns, caps etc. Mattresses and Furniture industry such as manufacturers of mattresses and sofas for lining and quilting purposes. NoWoBag is the brand under which we manufacture and supply various types of Non woven shopping bags to major brands pan India and are ready to supply across the globe. you will be responsible and accountable for: Bringing in new clients and maintaining constant relationships with them, this involves constant visitations to said clients every day. Ensure repeat orders and maintaining high customer retention. Poach brands and shift them to non woven bags by using aggressive marketing techniques and visiting them often. Meet the sales target given. Ensure timely payments for sales routed through you. Based on your performance you will be assigned to either NoWoFab Business Development or NoWoBag Business Development. This role comes with a 3 month probation period where we evaluate and analyze your sales performance post which a formal employment contract will be offered. Also a 1 month notice period before you leave the job is applicable

Promotion and Adoption of NoWoFab™ - Non Woven Fabric primarily in the south Indian Market along with prospective clients to export globally. The candidate will have to research the market and find prospective clients to sell our Non Woven fabric to. In this Industry, once a client is introduced to our fabric there will be continuous repeat orders which you will have to catch by being in constant touch with all the clients. Day to Day tasks: Daily follow ups with existing clients to check for new orders, update any change in pricing, payment status of existing sales. Daily plan to visit factories and offices of various clients to perform the above activities. Our clients will be located across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu. Find and ASSESS new prospective clients via the internet and through existing clients and other channels as suitable. Upon confirmation of an order, push the order to the factory and coordinate with the factory management to derive the status of orders and update to clients as required. Ensure timely payments of sales completed. Set sales targets and provide weekly updates to management about your sales progress.
