The Tool & Die Specialist will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining tools and dies, performing troubleshooting and machining tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes. The role also includes working closely with the project management team, training junior staff, and communicating effectively with team members and clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Machining skills Strong Communication and Training skills Experience in Project Management Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and on-site Relevant certifications or degrees in mechanical engineering or related fields Experience in the industrial engineering industry is a plus
