Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and test analog and digital electronic circuits for new and existing products. Create schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCAD). Perform circuit simulations, component selection, and feasibility studies. Collaborate with firmware/software engineers for system integration. Conduct prototyping, testing, and validation of hardware designs. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and EMC/EMI requirements. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design reports, and test plans. Support manufacturing and production teams during NPI (New Product Introduction). Continuously research and implement emerging hardware technologies to improve product performance and cost-effectiveness. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven 2–6 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development. Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, power supplies, and signal integrity. Proficiency with schematic capture & PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD, KiCAD). Experience with microcontrollers, processors, and embedded hardware systems. Familiarity with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, etc.). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
