Role Overview As the first point of contact for parents and visitors, the PRO plays a key role in creating a warm, professional, and lasting first impression of Rysen The International School. This role blends front-desk responsibilities with relationship management and local community engagement to support the school’s growth and reputation. Key Responsibilities Front Office & Walk-in Engagement Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and prospective parents. Understand and communicate the school’s offerings, facilities, and admission process confidently. Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly reception environment. Lead Follow-up & Coordination Follow up with potential leads after appointments are scheduled by the central marketing team. Maintain daily call logs and share feedback on parent queries or objections. Parent Relationship & Feedback Stay in regular touch with recently admitted parents to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Inform parents about upcoming school events, PTMs, and key updates. Local Community Outreach (Light PR) Share school updates (photos, achievements, events) with local groups or media contacts when required. Collect informal testimonials or feedback from happy parents for internal use. Reporting & Insights Submit a short weekly summary covering walk-ins, key parent queries, and any local trends worth noting. What We’re Looking For A warm, confident communicator with a friendly and professional attitude. Strong spoken Hindi and basic English required; fluency in both is a plus. Someone proactive, organized, and attentive to detail. Familiarity with school or education environments is preferred but not mandatory. The person should be a living embodiment of the brand's values and help inculcate the mission and vision among the rest of the school staff as well as parents.
