Fashion Designer Intern : Job Description RVR Syuti Designers Private Limited is looking for a Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Fashion Design Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry, working closely with our design team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sketching and illustrating design concepts for upcoming collections. Support the design team in fabric sourcing and selection. Help with pattern making, draping, and sample preparation. Conduct research on current trends, color forecasts, and materials. Assist in the creation of technical design specifications. Participate in fittings and make notes on adjustments required for sample garments. Organize and maintain fabric swatches, trims, and design boards. Assist with administrative tasks such as coordinating with suppliers and managing design documents. Collaborate with the team to ensure that deadlines and production timelines are met. Help prepare presentations for design reviews and meetings. Skills & Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric types. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Good understanding of current fashion trends and the fashion industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Prior internship or experience in a fashion design role is a plus (but not required).
