Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to their queries related to banking products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in BPO/call center environment handling international voice process (preferably Russian language).
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms in English language.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel) is required; proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools is an added advantage.
