Role & responsibilities:- 1. Bilingual Translation & Interpretation: Provide accurate and fluent translation of documents, emails, and internal communications between Russian and English. Offer real-time interpretation during meetings, discussions, and one-on one conversations to bridge language gaps. 2. Expat Communication Facilitation: Act as a key liaison to identify and resolve potential communication breakdowns or cultural misunderstandings with expatriate staff. Proactively offer insights and contextual information to ensure clarity in interactions and project discussions. 3. Administrative & Operational Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, ensuring efficient daily operations within the office environment. Support various operational needs by leveraging business knowledge to provide relevant input and streamline processes. 4. Business Insights & Input: Utilize a strong understanding of business principles and practices to provide valuable input during discussions, especially when cultural or linguistic nuances might affect decision-making or implementation Preferred candidate profile:- Fluent in both Russian and English (written and spoken) is essential. Demonstrated knowledge of general business operations, financial concepts, or relevant industry practices. Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
