Role & responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify residential real estate opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis to assess trends, property values, and investment potential. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents. Negotiate contracts and terms with sellers and partners to secure favourable deals. Collaborate with the acquisitions team to evaluate potential investments and support due diligence processes. Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies. Prepare and present detailed reports on sourcing activities and market insights to senior management. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies throughout the sourcing process. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree or equivalent. MBA preferred. 4-10 years of experience in sourcing, or a similar role within the real estate sector Strong understanding of the residential real estate market and investment principles. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to inform decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate analysis software. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
