Perform Mechanical Seal Testing such as air test at the site. 5. Packing and dispatch to customer site 6. Interact with Service Team at Karapakkam factory and Engineering team regarding Seal failures / trouble-shooting 7. Documentation as per ISO requirement for service complaints 3-5 years experience in Servicing / Maintenance of Mechanical Seals (or) Pumps (or) Compressors (or) Agitators Working knowledge in Rotary equipment’s / Pumps / Mechanical Seals / Compressor manufacturers would be preferred Companies like : Hi Fab / Reliability / Leak Proof / Super Proof Seals / Sealmatic

Candidates should have minimum 2 years experience in plastic product design using Solid works should have experience in New product development minimum 1 years experience in part modelling assembly design in plastic products, should have good communication skill in English. Solid works experience only preferred, Immediate joiners most prefer the position.

Carry flexibility study (tolerance, complexities, infrastructure, new grade etc.,) upon receiving the RFQ from marketing department Preparation of detailed technology of pattern layout and sharing with patter shop. Follow up with pattern shop for the purchase order. Creation of SAP codes for the new castings Preparation of PPAP documents and submit to customers and also preparation of process sheet for internal process.. Prepare and issue route card to the planning department Witness all core making, mould making and core assembly mould and pouring Follow up with First stage, HT, fetling, NDT test and dimensional layout and ensure the castings are as per customer requirements Identify and suggest defective castings for re-work with support from MAGMA team and Technical Head. Customer offering of sample castings to customers. To analyze and identify quality issues / clarifications in the PNCR from customer. Finalization of castings for bulk production with Technical Head's approval. Study and analyze the existing's castings for quality and efficiency improvement Focus on Yield improvement, cost reduction, process improvement, sand reduction etc Clarification of new product drawings with customers to identify their needs. Clarify customers on any issues in the PNCR received.
