Ensure perfect product placement, visibility, and consistent availability of OJI Ice Tea. Achieve monthly sales and growth targets. Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers. Conduct regular market visits, report insights, and support promotional drives. Drive on-ground marketing and brand activation activities. Requirements 1–5 years of FMCG / Beverage / Retail Sales experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Must know Guwahati market routes well.
