You will be responsible for supporting and managing a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) engaged in distributing loans, mutual funds, and other wealth distribution products. Your main duties will include ensuring the activation of DSAs on wealth products, maintaining smooth operational flow, resolving service issues, and providing tech-enabled support to enhance partner experience. By activating our existing DSAs, you will play a crucial role in achieving the desired business outcomes. As the primary Relationship Manager for DSAs, you will provide tech-enabled assistance for transaction processing, reporting, and compliance-related activities. You will also be responsible for proactively resolving service-related queries to ensure uninterrupted DSA operations. Conducting training sessions for DSAs on digital tools, mutual fund platforms, and workflow optimization will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will coordinate and activate DSAs by ensuring regular follow-ups on mutual fund and other wealth products. You will liaise with internal teams to handle escalations and provide timely updates. Monitoring DSA performance and delivering data-driven insights to improve productivity and the company's mutual fund or wealth business will also be vital aspects of your role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in mutual fund selling, client servicing, or financial product distribution. Alternatively, freshers who have graduated from the BBI stream are also encouraged to apply.
