Job Description

Rulebook Guidewire Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Rulebook Design:
Experience with Guidewire APIs, GX Model, and Product Models
Knowledge of Guidewire integration concepts like Batch Processing, Message Queues, and Event Processing
Develop and model complex business rules using the rule engine's syntax and structure, ensuring clarity and maintainability.
Configuration Implementation:

Implement the designed rules within the rulebook system, including defining parameters, conditions, and actions based on the business logic.

Testing and Validation:

Thoroughly test rule configurations to identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential issues, ensuring accurate data processing and compliance.

Documentation:

Create comprehensive documentation of rule configurations, including rationale, dependencies, and impact analysis to support future maintenance and updates.

Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot rule-related errors or discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with business users, system analysts, and developers to ensure alignment between business requirements and rule configurations.
