Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant (TATA ) with 1+ years of experience in the sales department, preferably within the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, showcasing vehicle features, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying buying experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs and interests. Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, financing, and promotional offers. Guide customers through the sales process from test drive to final purchase. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up with potential and existing customers to build strong relationships. Assist in organizing showroom displays and ensuring vehicle cleanliness. Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments to support the sales process. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. 1 + years of experience in the sales department (preferably in the automobile industry). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for automobiles and knowledge of current models and features. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems. Strong customer focus and a proactive attitude. Valid driver’s license.
