About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle end-to-end sales management through online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.). 2. Prepare winning proposals, follow up with leads, and gather project requirements. 3. Generate and qualify leads via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. 4. Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients. 5. Maintain and grow a client database; re-engage with old leads. 6. Coordinate with technical teams to deliver suitable solutions to client needs. 7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
