Role & responsibilities As a Product Development Executive , you will be the linchpin in managing all aspects of trims, paper packaging, and polybags for garment products. With your specialized knowledge spanning these categories and a proven 5-year track record, you will: Lead the sourcing, selection, and development of trims , including labels, zippers, buttons, elastics, and decorative accentsensuring alignment with design aesthetics, quality benchmarks, and cost targets. Manage paper packaging and polybag strategy , from concept to executionworking with packaging suppliers to develop materials that are functional, brand-appropriate, compliant (e.g., labeling, printing, sustainability standards), and optimized for cost-efficiency. Oversee end-to-end sample development , coordinating closely with sourcing markets to develop prototypes, gather lab dips, finalize packaging samples, and obtain approvals for production. Collaborate with internal stakeholders designers, merchandisers, QA, production, and logistics—to integrate trims and packaging seamlessly into product tech packs, cost sheets, and time plans.
