Supervise and control entire refinery operations during the shift. Monitor process parameters and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and quality. Coordinate operations for various edible oils like soya, palm, and sunflower based on production schedules. Manage shift manpower, including operators, helpers, and technicians. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), GMP, and hygiene practices. Conduct shift-wise handovers with proper documentation and reporting. Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and utility teams for smooth plant functioning. Identify and report equipment abnormalities, process deviations, or potential breakdowns. Ensure safety compliance and actively participate in audits and safety meetings. Maintain logbooks, shift reports, and downtime records accurately.
