We’re Hiring | Senior UAV Systems Engineer Rucha Yantra Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its advanced UAV development team, and we are looking for a highly skilled Senior UAV Systems Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, integrating, and flight testing UAV systems. This is a core technical leadership role for engineers who can: ✅ Build UAVs from scratch ✅ Work on Fixed-Wing, Multirotor & Hybrid VTOL platforms ✅ Perform PID tuning & flight optimization ✅ Handle full system integration (Autopilot, Power, Propulsion, Telemetry & Payload) ✅ Conduct real-world flight testing & troubleshooting ✅ Manage fleet maintenance & upgrades ✅ Analyze flight logs & performance data ✅ Mentor junior engineers 🎯 Required Expertise * ArduPilot, PX4, Mission Planner, QGroundControl * Mechanical & Electrical integration * UAV piloting & testing * Hardware debugging & field operations * Strong problem-solving & leadership mindset 🎓 Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech – Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics or related field 🕒 Experience: 3–4 Years 📍 Location: India 💡 Preferred Skills: RF Communication | Python/C++/MATLAB | Composite Structures | LiDAR & EO/IR Payloads 📩 Send Your Resume to: vaibhavr@ruchagroup.com
