Ruby on Rails Lead

As a Ruby on Rails Developer at our company, your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code. You will be responsible for developing robust and scalable applications using Ruby on Rails, creating and maintaining ReSTful APIs, integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications, identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to these problems. Additionally, you will help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code - Develop robust and scalable applications using Ruby on Rails - Create and maintain ReSTful APIs - Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation Qualifications Required: - 5 to 10 years of experience in developing applications using Ruby on Rails - Strong experience in popular Rails gems like: rspec, devise, cancan, active-admin - Experience in writing ReSTful APIs - Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery - Experience building interactive web apps - Object-Oriented Analysis & Design skills - Clean and efficient coding practices - Experience with MySQL and working knowledge of NoSQL - Knowledge of AWS services is a plus Please note that this is a full-time job opportunity with the work location being in person at Bangalore / Hybrid.,
