Ruby on Rails Developers

You will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users as a Ruby on Rails developer. Your primary roles and responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code. Additionally, you will contribute to building an agile environment and be involved in testing your code. You will work closely with product management, operations, client-engineering, and customer success teams, engaging in all aspects of product development. It will be essential to present complex ideas and approaches in simple communicable terms across engineering and management levels. The ideal candidate for this position should have expertise in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL or MySQL, Git, Continuous Integration, AWS, etc. Experience in SaaS would be a bonus. Strong communication, presentation, and technical skills are required. You should demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn new technologies and concepts quickly. Being highly organized with strong time management skills is essential to thrive in this role.
