Rubber Moulding Engineer

Position: Rubber Moulding Engineer
Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: Manesar

Key Responsibilities:

• Die Making Awareness: Possess a strong understanding of die-making processes.
• Back Light Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with back light components in moulding.
• Work on rubber moulding process parameters to identify the root cause of production issues, implement corrective actions, and develop process control plans.
• Specify and/or direct the fabrication of equipment used in rubber direct processing and/or assembly operations (e.g., end-of-arm-tooling, fixtures, jigs, etc.).
• Maintain a thorough understanding of rubber manufacturing operations, particularly for oil & gas parts.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering/Rubber Moulding or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in rubber moulding and die-making processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
