RTL /Processor Architecture Design (DSP)Staff

As a Hardware Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will be responsible for planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems, circuits, mechanical systems, and various other cutting-edge products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and meet performance requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop RTL for multiple logic blocks of a DSP core - Run various frontend tools to check for linting, clock domain crossing, synthesis, etc. - Work with the physical design team on design constraints and timing closure - Collaborate with the power team on power optimization - Coordinate with the verification team on test plan, coverage plan, and coverage closure **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience - OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience - OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience The ideal candidate for this RTL designer role in the DSP processor team should have a detailed understanding of RTL design, synthesis, static timing analysis, formal verification, PLDRC, clock domain crossing, and low power techniques.
