Collaborate with parents to ensure effective communication and partnership in supporting the child's development. 5. Monitor and assess the progress of each child, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to parents as required. 6. Create a safe and inclusive environment, promoting positive behavior and conflict resolution skills among children. 7. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and organize events, field trips, and special programs.
