Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our pharma sales/support team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers, providing product information, processing orders, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to , pharmacies, distributors, exporters and other clients to promote pharmaceutical products. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries regarding products, prices, and availability. Maintain and update customer database with accurate information. Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending payments. Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for smooth order processing and delivery. Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards for the pharma industry.
