The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing and preparing tender documentation, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and handling the submission process. Daily tasks and key responsibilities include: - Tender Identification & Tracking - Tender Document Management - Tender Preparation & Submission - Coordination & Communication - Documentation & Record Keeping - Support for Estimation & Costing - Post-Tender Support Qualifications Proficiency in Tender Preparation, Submission, and Documentation Strong skills in Communication, Coordination, and Client Relationship Management Knowledge in Market Research and Analysis Organizational and Deadline-Management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software tools Previous experience is advantageous Knowledge of tender portals (EPROC, GeM, CPP, etc.) 📍 Location : Jodhpur, Rajasthan 💼 Experience : 2-3 Years 📧 Apply at: LinkedIn DM / Parth96ag@gmail.com Salary : 20,000/- 30,000/- (Depending on the candidate) + Petrol allowances & Festive bonuses Interested candidates can share their resume.
