We work across multiple locations in Mysuru and seek an experienced Administration Head to take charge of our overall administration and lead a team to ensure smooth operations across large facilities. What You’ll Do : Lead and manage the administration team across units/facilities. Oversee Facility, security, transport, housekeeping, and vendor management. Drive compliance, discipline, and process excellence. Ensure efficient employee support services. Act as the first point of contact for administrative escalations and crisis management. Build and mentor a strong admin team to deliver operational excellence. What We’re Looking For : - Minimum 15 years of proven administration experience in large organizations. - Strong team handling and leadership skills. - Expertise in facility management, compliance, and vendor negotiations. - Preference for Retired Defense officers with proven experience in administration - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
