RPA Solution Architect

The Service excellence team, a part of the Common Shared Services organization, supports multiple functions such as Finance, SCM, HR Operations, and Trade Transport and Logistics. As an AI Innovation Engineer in the Business Process Automation team, you will join a dynamic group dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of CSS functions. Your responsibilities will include designing and architecting comprehensive automation solutions utilizing the Automation Anywhere platform-AA 360 and its features. This involves incorporating AI agents and components of Automation Anywhere and Azure AI Studio Models to manage complex, repetitive, or decision-driven tasks. At times, you may lead as a hands-on developer for complex projects. Creating solutions that integrate various tools & technologies like RPA, Power Automate, and other Azure Platform Services to meet specific use case needs. Implementing Production Application/Solution by utilizing technologies best suited for optimal results and business value. Defining platform specifications and Architecting the solution required for the production environment, ensuring governance, security, and scalability. Leveraging MaaS platforms to deploy, monitor, and optimize Automation Solutions for Shared Services automation. Designing APIs and pipelines to integrate AI capabilities into existing tools and workflows. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand problem statements and deploy Automation Solutions. Converting technical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze Shared Services workflows and identify automation opportunities with high impact. Staying abreast of the latest trends and feature additions in the Automation Anywhere platform to optimize workflows and drive innovation. As an ideal candidate, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years in an Architect Role focusing on designing enterprise solutions for automation requirements. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, experience in RPA tools, designing databases, and deploying cloud services offerings is necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to handle complex Automation implementation challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are vital to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is preferred. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is a must.
