Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation using UiPath.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process definitions and solution designs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain existing bots to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement RPA best practices, security protocols, and exception handling mechanisms.
• Continuously assess automation performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Provide technical support, training, and knowledge transfer to teams as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, with proven expertise in UiPath.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, architecture, and development lifecycle.
• Experience in building reusable components, libraries, and scalable bots.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python is a plus.
• Knowledge of process mapping, workflow design, and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator, attended/unattended bots, and scheduling processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
