Job Description

As an Infoscion, your role will involve actively aiding the consulting team in various project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be required to explore alternatives to recommended solutions through research such as literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor evaluation to build proof of concepts (POCs). Your responsibilities will include: - Creating requirement specifications from business needs - Defining to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements - Supporting configuration of solution requirements on products - Diagnosing root causes of issues, seeking clarifications, and shortlisting solution alternatives - Contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives for providing high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers Qualifications required for this role: - Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data - Awareness of latest technologies and trends - Logical thinking and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach - Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions - Knowledge in one or two industry domains If you believe you can help clients navigate their digital transformation journey and meet the above criteria, this position at Infosys is ideal for you.
