Job Title: Executive – Government & Corporate Sales (GEM, Tenders & B2B Portals) Key Responsibilities: Identify and participate in relevant government tenders across GEM and other e-procurement platforms Manage end-to-end tendering process – documentation, submission, follow-ups, and compliance Regularly monitor GEM portal for new opportunities and ensure timely bid submissions Build and maintain relationships with government departments, PSUs, and institutional buyers Handle onboarding, listings, and sales on B2B portals (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.) Support corporate sales initiatives through lead generation, proposals, and follow-ups Coordinate internally with operations, finance, and legal teams for smooth execution Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with e-procurement platforms Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred: Experience in FMCG, paper, packaging, or office supplies industry Experience: Minimum 3 years
