Selecting fabrics, laces, embroidery patterns, and trims. Working closely with the sampling team & tailors to develop prototypes. Ensuring perfect fitting, detailing, and finishing of each piece. Staying updated with latest trends, market styles & customer preferences. Managing production timelines and coordinating with the team. Maintaining records of designs and collection developments.
