The hotel’s facilities include the multi-cuisine restaurant "Abids Bistro" and the cozy English bar "Scotchman." Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Manager based in Hyderabad. The IT Manager will oversee the IT infrastructure of the hotel, manage the IT team, and ensure the seamless operation of all IT systems. Daily tasks include maintaining network security, troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software installations, and providing technical support to staff. The role will also involve managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with relevant IT policies and standards. Qualifications Network management, hardware, and software installation skills Technical support and troubleshooting skills Experience with IT security protocols and network security Vendor management and compliance with IT policies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a small IT team A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
