We specialize in premium residential and commercial projects, offering end-to-end solutions in planning, designing, and executing modern and luxury constructions. Job Responsibilities: Design residential and commercial building plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Prepare 2D and 3D architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings. Collaborate with structural engineers, site engineers, and project managers to ensure execution as per design. Make regular site visits to ensure design implementation and provide technical guidance. Stay updated on trends in architecture, building materials, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure designs adhere to zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations. Prepare detailed BOQ and material specifications where required. Key Skills Required: proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent rendering tools. Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques. Ability to convert client requirements into practical and beautiful designs Creativity and an eye for detail in architectural aesthetics. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to visit construction sites and supervise design implementation Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Team collaboration and client management. Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. Council of Architecture (COA) registration is an added advantage.
