Role & responsibilities : Key Responsibilities: Create and post content (images, videos, stories, reels) across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms Assist in planning social media calendars and campaigns Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas for digital content Analyze basic performance metrics and suggest improvements Handle basic editing using tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) Manage post schedules and respond to comments/messages Use Excel/Word to maintain content plans and reports Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Any Bachelors degree or MBA with a focus in Marketing Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel , MS Word , and Financial Accounting Management Social Media Interest: Passion for social media trends, reels, shorts, and digital branding Learning Attitude: Eagerness to learn new tools and improve content creation skills Personal Traits: Self-motivated, creative, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative
