Vendor follow-up (progress, delivery timelines, quality check). Finished goods ka inspection & quality verification (dimensions, tolerances, finish). Dispatch ke liye packing & logistics coordinate karna. Inventory & raw material tracking maintain karna. Daily production/dispatch status report Owner ko dena. Cost control aur rejection minimize karna. Kaam ki priority aur deadline ke hisaab se vendor aur workshop manage karna. Required Qualification & Experience: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering (Production / Machining preferred). Minimum 5–8 years ka experience machining / vendor management / outsourcing me. Machined components (shafts, turning, milling, grinding, etc.) ka technical knowledge. Drawing reading & machining processes samajhne ki skill. MS Excel / Basic ERP knowledge (tracking & reporting). Vendor management & team coordination experience. Skills Required: Strong planning & coordination skills. Accountability aur ownership mindset. Quality oriented aur cost-conscious. Good communication (vendors, logistics aur customers ke liye). Discipline aur reliability. Compensation: Salary: 35000/- to 40,000/- market per month + performance incentives.
