Analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and labor cost breakdowns. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and pricing data. Evaluate risks, contingencies, and alternative solutions to optimize cost efficiency. Support tendering processes by preparing bid documents and responding to RFQs. Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to refine scope and pricing. Maintain a database of historical cost data and pricing trends. Review and update estimates based on design changes or scope revisions. Present cost estimates and value engineering options to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Proven experience in cost estimation, preferably in construction or industrial projects. Proficiency in estimation software Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
