Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end catalogue creation process for jewellery products across online and offline platforms. Coordinate with design, production, photography, and marketing teams to collect product details, specifications, and images. Ensure accurate entry of product details (descriptions, prices, weights, certifications, materials, sizes) in the system. Review and update catalogue regularly to reflect new arrivals, discontinued items, and price changes. Maintain a well-organized product image library with proper tagging and categorization. Audit catalogues for errors, duplication, and outdated information and resolve them promptly. Monitor competitor catalogues to suggest improvements and maintain competitiveness. Prepare and share regular reports on catalogue performance, live products, and data quality.
