This is a full-time vacancy at our Vadodara(India) office where you will be part of the Operations Team. Your primary responsibility will involve preparing and analyzing data to make routing decisions based on the analyzed data. Additionally, you will be managing and monitoring data as part of your duties. Your responsibilities will include communicating with intercompany departments to manage and perform operations goals, creating and managing reports on a daily basis, monitoring the performance of customers and operators traffic, and making intelligent routing and traffic management decisions based on traffic data and reports to balance profitability and quality. There are no specific targets involved in this role. You will also be responsible for partner deals assessment, approval, monitoring, and follow-ups till completion, as well as conducting real-time opportunities study and planning traffic growth in coordination with the Business Development Team. Qualifications for this position include being a fresher with 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field being a plus, holding a diploma or graduate degree with a focus on mathematics, having basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel, being a team player with good communication skills.
