Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Router located in Palasi. The Router will be responsible for setting up and operating routers to cut and shape materials as per project specifications. Daily tasks include interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate tools and materials, monitoring machine functionality, ensuring accuracy, and conducting quality checks. The Router will collaborate closely with the production team to meet project deadlines and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficient in operating routers and related machinery, with a strong understanding of machine settings and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Knowledge of material properties and experience selecting appropriate materials and tools for specific tasks
• Strong attention to detail with skills in quality checks and troubleshooting during production
• Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with production teams
• Prior experience in machining or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory
• Technical diploma or relevant certification in machining or a related field is an advantage
