THE ROLE We’re looking for a passionate AI engineer to join our dynamic AI Innovation Team, which is the driving force behind technological advancement in our company. Hiring manager: Alik Hochner, CTO (https://www.linkedin.com/in/alikhochner/) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain high-quality AI solutions for both internal teams and external users. Architect sophisticated AI agents, including multi-agent systems. Design and implement evaluation frameworks to assess AI performance, accuracy, and reliability. Collaborate across diverse teams to boost developer productivity. Continuously explore the evolving AI landscape and identify impactful tools for company growth. Shape the company’s best practices and guidelines for AI usage. Requirements: WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Must-have: 5+ years experience in software development (preferably in Python or TypeScript). Skilled in prompt engineering and have a strong understanding of how LLMs work internally. Proven track record in developing AI agents from scratch and implementing effective AI solutions for businesses. Basic DevOps proficiency (CI/CD, Cloud). Quick learner who adapts effortlessly to new tools and approaches. Passionate and knowledgeable about current AI trends and best practices. Excellent English communication skills. HOW DO WE WORK? We are a distributed team of more than 150 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 5 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best). THE ROLE As an Outbound Sales Representative within our acquisitions team, your role goes beyond mere research and initial contact with potential app sellers. You'll be the primary point of contact, responsible for guiding and supporting app owners throughout the entire acquisition process. Besides identifying and initiating discussions with app sellers, your duties also involve fostering relationships, persuading sellers to consider acquisition, and negotiating app prices to ensure mutually beneficial deals. Requirements: WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Must-have: 2+ years of sales experience Ability to answer promptly and accurately the queries of both app sellers and internal teams, and to represent the company in a professional way Experience working with the G-Suite tools (documents/spreadsheets) Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data (such as payments) Extremely detail-oriented and able to adhere to deadlines Fluent communication skills in both written and verbal English Nice to have: Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot HOW DO WE WORK?
