Rough Milling Operator

Rough milling operator jobs involve setting up and operating milling machines to remove material from workpieces, often as a preliminary step in the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup:Preparing the milling machine by installing necessary tooling, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Material Removal:Operating the milling machine to remove material from workpieces according to specifications and drawings.
• Quality Control:Inspecting finished parts for dimensional accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintenance:Performing basic maintenance tasks on the milling machine to ensure proper functioning.
• Safety:Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
